Spiritual & Character Expectations
Maintain a close walk with Christ, living in obedience to His Word.
Lead with a hopeful and humble presence, reflecting Christ’s character (Psalm 34:5; Philippians 2:3).
Demonstrate a commendable testimony on campus, during team travel, and in all areas of life.
Maintain an honorable reputation and witness, both on and off campus, representing Christ and Boyce College with integrity.
Be actively involved in a local SBC-affiliated church, engaging in worship and community.
Adhere to the Boyce College Covenant, policies, and guidelines, as well as the expectations of the worship team.
Academic & Institutional Requirements
Enroll as a full-time student (minimum 12 credit hours per semester) at Boyce College.
Commit to a full academic year (fall and spring semesters) of participation.
Maintain a minimum 2.7 cumulative GPA throughout the school year.
Uphold a good discipline record with Student Life and Boyce College Administration.
Musical & Team Commitments
Participate in Convocation and Chapel services alongside the Boyce College Choir (MU 150).
Be comfortable playing with a click track to ensure musical excellence.
Be familiar with a wide repertoire of hymns and contemporary praise songs.
Provide and maintain your own equipment, ensuring readiness for rehearsals and ministry opportunities.
